A focus on simplicity coupled with the distinction of perfect ingredients will be found throughout the menu. During lunch you will find toasted sandwiches, gratins, broths, and vegetables prepared from scratch each day by the caring hands of the Culinary Team at True Blue. Dinner at True Blue will be energized and customizable. The menu will showcase collections titled “Snacks and Tastings”, “Small Plates and Sharables”, and “Mains”. The Cuisine will reflect global, rustic flavors presented in a modern American interpretation. The service team will provide table side full service, providing guests with courteous and thoughtful care.
On Weekends a full service “Brunch & Bubbles” menu will be offered ala carte. Classic preparations and new interpretations will showcase an inspired menu designed to rejoice with a toast and celebrate a wonderful day ahead.
The Beverage menu is equally as exciting as the beer, wine and liquor offerings. Infused natural sodas seltzers and distillations, exotic iced and hot tea elixirs, single origin coffee drinks and hand squeezed citrus concoctions will be available by the bottle or by the glass.
“The Butcher’s Counter”, is also a destination for retail shoppers, and will showcase premium cuts of Certified Angus Beef and USDA Prime as well as American and Japanese Wagyu. Our in-house butcher will be on hand to assist in selecting the perfect size and cuts of beef for home cooks. Shoppers and diners alike will be provided a True Blue “Butcher Shop Experience” with the ever insightful “Butcher’s Secrets” to ensure every steak prepared at home is unforgettable.
In addition to hand cut steaks, roasts and chops for home cooks, a hand selected assortment of artisan produced cheeses, charcuterie, house made pastas, pastries and specialty goods both local and imported will be on display.
